Based in Singapore, he is responsible for business development and sourcing investment opportunities for the company. He has a deep interest for environmentally sustainable technologies, finding solutions to real-world issues, and working with the next generation of world-class companies.
Cliff worked for 2 decades in funds management with global firms such as State Street Bank and Trust, Citibank, and J.P Morgan. He also co-founded Precision Autonomy, an Australian-US company focused on developing specialised autonomous vehicle insurance solutions. Cliff holds an Executive MBA from UTS.

Peter Folkes
Founder
Peter is based in Sydney and is responsible for managing commercial relationships and consulting to clients to deliver distribution, strategy and business management solutions. He is highly energised by the wave of digitisation and innovation taking place and it aligns with his curious nature to question conventional wisdom and the status quo.
Prior to PTL, Peter worked at startup Precision Autonomy. He also worked at BT, Advance Asset Management – managing a $33bn FUM business and a $130m P&L. He also worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and PwC.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics major) and studied fintech and innovation at Oxford University, corporate strategy programs at Sloan and how to devise disruptive business strategies within the context of Artificial Intelligence at MIT. Skiing and architecture are pursuits.

Dr Antonin Demazy

During his 16 years of experience in management consulting in the Financial Services Industry, Antonin successfully delivered high-quality results under time and budget constraints across multiple organizations, transformation types and geographies. In some cases he pioneered the use of new technologies while creating value for his clients. He managed multiple projects end-to-end and directed a complex, multi-year enterprise risk management capability development program for a major European banking group involving 14 countries and subsidiaries.
Based in Melbourne, Antonin holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering, using AI techniques to develop data-driven risk management frameworks for DER-rich power grids.
